Market appraisal

We Are Lettings will send out an agent to value your properties rental potential. If you are happy to proceed, high quality marketing photos will be taken at your property.

Marketing

Our in-house team will upload the details and photos of your property to our online marketing portals. We look to create as much interest in your property as possible through our marketing strategies.

Viewings and Offer Negotiations

Our lettings agents will attend all property viewings and operate viewings during the week and on weekends. When an offer has been put forward, our lettings agents will deal with all negotiations to make sure you are maximising your property’s rental return.

Administration

Once you have accepted an offer, We Are Lettings will take care of all administrative work. The administrative work includes tenant referencing, deposit registration and all tenancy agreements.

Property Management and Maintenance

If you choose the full management package, we will take care of all rent collection and chasing of any arrears. We will also co-ordinate all property maintenance as well as taking regular safety inspections of your property.
